In this engaging workshop, participants explore what Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace is and isn't, debunking myths and gaining a better understanding of how DEI benefits the entire organization. Additionally, they leave better understanding their role in the organization's DEI strategy and how they play a critical part in creating an inclusive and equitable workplace for all.
